How to order the doors & windows?
According to your architecture and decoration style, we can suggest different material and design for your choice. Or you can send your BOQ or drawing, we will give quotation with introduction within 24 hours.
Can customer order different models and colors in one order?
Yes, the order can mix colors and models as per your request. Size is also customized.
Can customer have the sample before order? What's the sample policy?
Sure. We are pleased to provide customized samples. Sample cost is required and will be returned when the official order is placed.
How to make sure the quality? Can customer do inspection?
We have quality controllers (QC) to follow all key processes and check after production is finished. Before loading, we can take pictures and video to share with you. Third-party inspections like SGS or COC are also acceptable.
Can you help with shipping?
Yes, EX-factory, FOB, CIF, and door-to-door delivery terms are all available. If you have your own shipping agent, we can help deliver the products to their warehouse or load the container directly at our facility.
