What's the thickness for anodizing? Can you do 15um?
Our normal thickness is about 10 um. Yes, we can do 15um and above.
What color can you do for powder coating and its thickness?
We can do any color for powder coat as long as you can provide the color sample. Our normal powder coating thickness is 60-80um.
What is the weather resistance for wood grain finish?
Using Akzo Noble Interpon D1010 powder and Italian Menphis film, it complies with American AAMA Standard 2603. It passes 1000 hours of UV and salt spraying tests, offering a 10-year color guarantee under normal weather.
What are your payment terms?
Usually by T/T, 30% deposit and the balance paid before shipment.
What certifications and standards do you follow?
We have ISO certification. Our standards include DIN, AAMA, AS/NZS, and China GB.
What is the delivery time for production?
New moulds and samples take 2-3 weeks. Mass production typically takes 3-4 weeks after receipt of deposit and order confirmation.
